Even Odds is a Dallas-based residential building company founded on the belief that homebuilding should be bold, intentional, and personal. With nearly a decade of experience spanning multiple sectors of real estate—including flipping, wholesaling, and new construction—our founder, Tia Elbert, brings both strategic insight and operational excellence to every project.

Tia earned her degree in Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where she also competed as a Division I student-athlete. Today, she leads a team of product managers in the tech industry while driving Even Odds forward with a mission to create homes that stand out—homes with character, quality, and purpose. 

In addition to our residential building services, Even Odds offers consulting for real estate investors and homeowners at any stage of the build process. Our specialties include land selection, due diligence, budget engineering, and project management.
